Just in case anyone needs ideas for a buffet style set up, this is a video of the table setup I used for my friend's baby shower. I used a white table cloth with a white lace overlay (which was also used on the gift table) and I put a shoe box under the tablecloths to add some height and interest in the center. I also put some miniature plastic baby bottles(found at any craft store) around on the table to act as confetti so it looked more like a baby shower and less like a wedding reception. Food on the table: Pink Punch: 3 qts raspberry sherbet, 8 oz frozen strawberries, 4 oz frozen raspberries, 2 liters of ginger ale Cucumber Sandwiches(made by the momma-to-be): white bread with the crusts cut off, 2% provolone cheese, home made whipped cream with peeled & cut cucumbers, black pepper, and dill. Cuban Sandwiches: From the local grocery store's deli department. Hummus(Made by the Momma-to-be): Sorry, I don't know how she made it!! Pita Chips: Store Bought. Fruit Salad: Watermelon, cantaloupe, red & green grapes, star fruit, pineapple, and oranges. Confections(Instead of a cake): Chocolate dipped strawberries, petite fours, & chocolate dipped cannoli. There's a pink plastic pacifier in the middle of the strawberries which can also be found at any craft store. The music is just some preloaded music that came with my FlipShare software. Thanks for watching!!
